Essential applicant criteria to be a Care Assistant / Support Worker:

  • Experience within the health and social care sector (applicants without experience but who can draw on appropriate transferable skills will be considered).
  • A punctual, reliable and trustworthy team player
  • Ability to solve problems and use initiative
  • Driving License and use of own car (that can be insured for business use)
  • 2 professional references
  • Enhanced DBS check
