We have an exciting opportunity for a caring individual to become part of our dedicated team of Care Assistants / Support Workers. We are looking to recruit a reliable care worker to provide person centred care for our elderly/disabled service users which enables them to remain living in their own home. This rewarding position requires an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who puts others at the heart of everything that they do. Positions available across Bolton and the surrounding Areas.

As part of our team the Care Assistant / Support Worker will be provided with:

·         Full, extensive and on going training – so previous experience is not essential.

·         You will benefit from a flexible working pattern (all shift patterns required, inc mornings, evenings and weekends – full and part time)

·         Exciting rates of pay (Inc. enhanced rate for rural locations)

·         28 days holiday per annum inclusive of bank holidays (pro-rata)

The Care Assistant / Support Worker role itself will be to support vulnerable adults in their own homes, this includes assistance with:

·         Personal care

·         Medication assistance

·         Meal preparation

·         Waking nights

·         Palliative care

·         Domestic assistance

·         Social outreach

The Care Assistant / Support Worker position will be subject to satisfactory DBS and references.

Full drivers license and own transport is desirable, or access to a bicycle.
