We provide our Care Assistants a friendly, supportive and professional environment for you to do one important thing – put a smile on the faces of the people who make up your community. Our 5 longest serving Care Assistants have been with us for 70 years combined! They have stayed with us that long for one simple reason – we are an employer that cares. Our Manager has an open door policy and they are available at any time for a catch up, whether that be to share something positive about a client or to provide advice and support.

Our Care Manager, Managing Director, Clinical Manager and Project Manager all started as Care Assistants. We believe in promoting from with in and rewarding our current staff and this is why we have such a great sense of community within the business

We are proud to support our local community and we truly embody the idea of person centred care, and that is the reason why OUR care visits average 1 hour per client and a minimum of 30 minutes – we give you time to care.

If you are new to care then don’t worry. We have a well-designed training and support program in place to make sure you are confident in what you do, with lots of support both over the phone and out in the community. We have an open-door policy for our Care Assistants and an incredibly well led and supportive management and training team who are always available to help you and listen to your ideas and feedback.

We support our customers by providing a bit of extra help to allow them to remain living in the comfort and safety of their own home. This includes companionship, food preparation, help with medication, trips out, support with personal care, assistance with domestic tasks, helping people start their day and being a friendly face to have a cup of tea with and share stories – just like you would with your own family.
