Why do so many Care Assistants want to work with us and why do we have so many carers who have been with us since opened our doors 7 years ago? Well here's what our carers have to say: 'I can honestly say I love my job. I work with an amazing team and support the most amazing people who inspire me daily. I am part of a special company who truly values its carers.'

It's simple; we offer amazing salaries (£9.30 p/h), you always get the hours you want, we have company cars available, we always say thank you, we have xmas parties and quarterly staff curry nights, amazing career progression and we really do look after you like you were our own family.

Our big focus is to provide our Care Assistants with a friendly, supportive and professional environment for you to do one important thing – put a smile on the faces of the people who make up your community. Our office has parking, cooking facilities, an endless supply of tea/coffee and biscuits and most importantly we have a staff lounge area and computers available if you would like to go on the internet.

Our customers mean a lot to us, and the way we support them is by providing a bit of extra help to allow them to remain living in the comfort and safety of their own home. This includes companionship, food preparation, help with medication, trips out, support with personal care, assistance with domestic tasks, helping people start their day and being a friendly face to have a cup of tea with and share stories.

If you are new to care then don’t worry. We have a well-designed training and support program in place to make sure you are confident in what you do, with lots of support both over the phone and out in the community.
