Job requirements

You need to be is kind and caring with a genuine desire to make a difference, you will visit the same matched clients week in, week out to build  trusted relationships and friendships with them.

  • Must be a driver, and have own car 
  • Must live within Swansea (SA1-7)

We carefully match our clients and Care Assistants based on hobbies and interests, so you’ll never be short of things to chat about.

Our minimum call length of 60 minutes allows you time to truly get to know your clients, as well as the time to provide the excellent standard of care that we at Home Instead pride ourselves on.
