We value and respect our Care Assistants because they simply do an incredible thing that is often overlooked – they put a smile on the faces of the people in our community who need a little bit of extra support.
We have a unique approach to our clients, it is about learning to get to know the person who you support, like any friend or family member would. This means we spend our time engaging with our clients, listening to them, laughing with them, sharing with them and finding ways to make sure that they are valued for who they are.
We have an amazing sense of community in the business – like a family and many of our Care Assistants have been with us for many years. This is because we treat our Care Assistants well and we always support you..
Our main focus is you – our Care Assistants. From providing Birthday and Xmas cards to throwing Xmas parties and regular nights out to let your hair down; we make sure we provide a welcoming, fun and friendly environment to work in.
