£8 - £21 Per Hour £8.30- 8.80 weekdays / £9.25 - 10.25 weekends

This means we spend our time engaging with our clients, listening to them, laughing with them, sharing with them and finding ways to make sure that they are valued for who they are.

We have an amazing sense of community in the business – like a family and many of our Care Givers / Care Assistants have been with us for many years. This is because we treat our Care Givers / Care Assistants well and we always support you. We have an open-door policy for all of our staff, we have regular team meetings and always pass on positive feedback from our clients to acknowledge the great work you do in the community. 

We provide full training and take people on who haven’t worked in care before. If you are from a volunteer, teaching assistant, nursery or hair dressing background then this will be the perfect position or you.

What we offer:

  • Minimum client visit time 1 hour

  • Mileage paid at 25p per mile, and any miles you drive with a client paid at 40p per mile
