We are all equal at Right at Home; our Manager, Trainer, Co-ordinator and Recruiter have a wealth of experience and all started as a Care Assistants – so we understand what makes a good employer. We all still go out in the field regularly to care for our Clients; including the owner, before he fell from his bike and broke his hip! We are a Care provider that stays in touch with our Care Assistants.
We have a ‘door is always open’ policy. So, whether you want to pop in for a cuppa, or help us water one of the million plants on the owner’s desk, you are always welcome. We pride ourselves on our on-going support to our Care Assistants as it is you that makes a difference to the people in your community on a daily basis.

We are looking for CareAssistants who want to be part of a company that does invaluable work in the community and provides the support and respect that comes with such an important role.
If you are new to care then don’t worry. We have a well-designed training and mentoring program in place to make sure you are confident in what you do, with lots of support both over the phone and out in the community.
