About the client
They believe that care matters and they are committed to providing the highest quality home care so that their customers can remain in their own homes.
What makes their homecare services different is that they put their customers and staff first. They aim to provide their customers with the same standard of care that they would expect for their own families. This means valuing each person’s unique qualities and seeing them as an individual, and not as a list of care needs.
They work alongside families and individuals to tailor their services to help their customers stay in control of their own care for as long as they are able to. Delivering the very best homecare is their passion, and they strive to achieve this every day
In the office there is a real sense of family, they go out of their way to listen to all of their people and act upon what they say – they get better together and grow together which is why they have high retention amongst their care assistants.
