You will be working only in the St Albans area.

As a supervisor, your working pattern will be a mix of office-based support as well as out in the community. You will be supporting our community team with best practice and will also be involved in assessing and evaluating care plans for our customers. We are a small close nit team and you will also be involved in helping to train and support all our field based staff.
