FULL TIME – CARE TEAM LEADER – NORTH SURREY
From £26,000 per annum, plus benefits.

By joining the company, you will have great career progression opportunities in an amazing care network, whilst the role will involve working directly with the Owner/Registered Care Manager and you will need to have a positive attitude, be flexible and adaptable.

This an important key role in the company so you will need experience (2 years), and qualifications (NVQ Level 3) in the care industry, plus be willing to complete further education relevant to your level. We particularly welcome those with training and supervisory experience.

The role includes assisting in the recruitment, training and mentoring of caregivers both in the office and in clients homes, whilst also including implementing and demonstrating best care practice, liaising with clients and families to make sure we get the care right for them and guiding caregivers to deliver the expected standards of care within regulations. We are looking for someone to be flexible in their work pattern (weekend work will be required once a month), be a driver with access to a vehicle and be able to manage their own time to meet the requirements of the role.
