Our main focus is our Caregivers, it is you. All of our office staff started as a Caregivers and have been promoted internally. With our Supervisors, Co-ordinators, receptionist and Manager all still delivering care, we are a business that stays in touch with its Care Givers because we lead from the front.  We listen to our staff, we respond and we make changes to constantly improve.

Our Co-ordinator Claire is incredibly popular with both staff and customers – she is a great communicator, friendly and you can always count on her to put a smile on your face. Our Registered Manager recently won Minster FM’s Boss Of The Year award which means you get to work with someone who is professional, friendly and amazing at her job.

About working as a Caregiver:

  • £10.50 – £11 p/h  (after probation or depending on experience)
  • £9.10 – £9.30 p/h
  • Enhanced bank holiday rate
  • Fixed contracted hours – 16 or 30 hours working on a 2-week rolling rota
  • 25p mileage
  • 28 days annual leave, pro rata + extra paid shift off for your birthday

If you are looking to progress your career then we have the opportunity to do QCFs or get involved in the clinical work we are starting to take – which is perfect for anyone looking to go into nursing or midwifery.
