Are you looking for a fulfilling and rewarding part time job in North Somerset? If so, why not join our family run team at Home Instead Senior Care working as a Caregiver!

We are looking for Community Caregivers with the personality and passion to build great relationships and deliver a person-centred support service for our lovely clients in Weston, Clevedon, Yatton and the surrounding area.

Personality, compassion and a sense of humour are more important to us than experience, as we provide full training and shadowing. We look for empathy and compassion in our caregivers, and we believe our care model, which sees care and companionship delivered hand in hand in visits that are a minimum of 1 hour, is leading the way in care provision. There is no rushed care and there is always time for our Caregivers to enjoy a chat and a cup of tea with their clients!

We offer our Caregivers :

  • Double pay on Bank Holidays

“All of my clients have different characters, needs and are in different situations. This makes my work varied, interesting and enjoyable. I look forward to visiting my clients. Since joining Home Instead my colleagues have made me very welcome. They are always polite, helpful and supportive towards me.” – Caregiver Joan M.

As a caregiver you will be helping clients with tasks such as: assistance with washing and dressing, medication, meal preparation, light house work, laundry, companionship, shopping and escorting to appointments or social activities. The ideal candidate will need to be a driver with access to their own vehicle, as our clients like to get out and about.

Home Instead Senior Care is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults and expects all caregivers to share this commitment. We require successful caregivers to have an enhanced DBS check and provide a minimum of 4 references.
