We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Nurse to join as our Regional Clinical Lead who will be responsible for building and running our Clinical Care Team.

This is perfect for someone who has clinical experience but wants to be free from the bureaucracy and red tape of the NHS whilst using your skill set to focus on front line care whilst also having more commercial responsibilities in building and managing a clinical team. 

As a Nurse and Regional Clinical Lead you will be expected to perform a variety of clinical duties in the management of the quality assurance processes and outcomes for the Clients and Caregivers of Pure HomeCare.

As a Nurse and a Regional Clinical Lead will work to ensure our care standards and service delivery is in line with all regulations by doing everything from implementing our rigorous safeguarding policies to overseeing the creation of care plans.

This is a role that will see you using your professional and nursing judgment to make critical clinical decisions, manage projects and evolve care levels to make sure every clients' needs are met.

This role would suit a Nurse currently working as a Nurse in the community or within the NHS with a minimum band 5 level. Previous clinical lead within a domiciliary setting would be an advantage:

Main duties of a our Nurse / Regional Clinical Lead

  • Manage all Pure HomeCare complex care service delivery , Drawing on your clinical experience, you will provide valuable support, guidance and assistance to the team around you
  • Identify and develop quality measures to ensure the highest levels of service delivery are provided.
  • Conduct, develop and write care needs assessments for our complex care clients across the region
  • Liaise with required health care professionals to ensure person centred care for our clients at all times
  • Support the development, implementation and evaluation of a clinical audit programme and feedback process, which supports both staff and clients.
  • Help identify development needs of Care / support workers and support development plans to help retain staff and ensure the best care is provided
  • Develop and implement training programmes based on the complex client needs. Conducting on/off site training to care workers and operations team as required
  • Identify needs for other services and assist with their development
  • Carry out competency trainings and sign offs as required across all Pure Homecare services
  • Prepare monthly report on regulatory compliance and service delivery on all complex clients – Attend monthly meeting with office staff
