Pringles Care Services is looking for an experienced mature person to be our new Recruitment Administrator to work at their head office. Pringles Care are a well-established Domiciliary Care Agency located in Ealing, London providing personal care to people within their own homes.

As a recruitment administrator your duties will include

  • Locating and recruiting potential job candidates
  • Resolving candidate queries
  • Preparing candidates for interviews
  • Ensuring carers are compliant for work
  • Chasing references
  • Speaking with the team about ideal staff
  • Updating databases
  • Maintaining administrative systems
  • Formatting documentation
  • Posting adverts on different job boards
  • Searching through CVs
  • Assisting managers

Other ad-hoc duties will include

  • Auditing logbooks
  • Uploading and updating MAR charts
  • Complaint handling
  • Checking CM2000
  • Answering and diverting phone calls
