We have an amazing opportunity for someone to join as a Recruitment Consultant for Essex’s leading provider of care in the community. This is an exceptional and forward-thinking company with an outstanding reputation who have played a key role in supporting its local community and NHS throughout the pandemic.
We are looking for someone who has had previous experience working as a Recruitment Consultant either as an in-house recruiter or for a recruitment agency. You do not require precious experience in the care sector as we can teach you everything you need to know; however, what is most important is previous recruitment experience.
This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys the recruitment process and more creative side without the stress and pressure of being expected to undertake business development.
You will ultimately be managing your own time, formulating your own campaigns with the ongoing support of the Manager and the Director who see the Recruitment role as one of the most important positions in the company.
