An industry leading Healthcare provider is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join as an in house Recruitment & Retention Manager. 

The role is perfect for someone who has come from a Recruitment background and is looking to utilise their skills to transition in to an in-house position where the focus is purely on sourcing and retaining staff for that one business.

Process management, interviewing and phone screening are important elements of this role. What my client is offering is the chance for you to become a vital cog in the machine and shape and mould the recruitment arm of the business, embracing creativity and innovation. You will need to be a self-starter, able to deliver targets to agreed deadlines and manage the entire Recruitment process from start to finish.

You will have a strong input in Social Media and shaping the company’s image by striking a balance between professional, community based and light hearted material to engage with candidates.

You will also be key in developing Retention policies and implementing ideas to keep staff engaged and happy. You will have full creative licence to come up with new (quirky or traditional) ideas to engage and motivate the staff, e.g. whether that be running competitions or embracing light hearted charity events.

  • Process management from start to finish.
  • Attracting candidates from a number of sources, including social media, online job boards, recruitment events and head-hunting
  • Taking ownership of Social Media to recruit and retain staff
  • Interviewing
  • Preparation and maintenance of all staff HR files and document renewals
