We are looking for someone to join as a Registered Care Manager who wants to grow and develop a Domiciliary Care company based in Braintree.

To begin with the new Registered Care Manager will take on a small team of high quality and dedicated staff who will be there to support you whilst you guide them and the business in to its next stage of development.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement growth strategy whilst ensuring a high level of quality is embedded throughout the entire service. You will have the Operations Manager’s full support and it is a unique opportunity to have a perfect balance of flexibility to direct the business and support you whilst you guide them and the business in to its next stage of development.

You will also be responsible for ensuring a high level of quality with the view to achieving an overall rating of Outstanding form CQC. It is essential you understand the Key Lines of Enquiry for CQC and the essential standards set by the Care Quality Commission that quality is maintained at all times with both customers and carers.
