Working in care is an incredible role where you make a huge difference, this is why we pay our Support Workers some of the leading salaries in London £11-£14 p/h.

We have a minimum visit time of 3 hours (going up to 7) – which means you get to know the people you support and build meaningful relationships so that you can provide the highest quality of care with minimum travel involved.

We pride ourselves on providing a friendly and supportive environment for our staff which is why most of our Support Workers have been with us for at least 3-5 years, many going on to progress in the company into senior positions.

  • Paid at an hourly rate of £11-£14 depending on qualifications and experience. Salary equivalent £17,160-£21,840 based on 30 hour working week – overtime hours available.

We support individuals with complex behavioural needs including individuals diagnosed with autism, developmental disability and learning disability. We provide support in service user homes, local community, and educational placement as appropriate.

You should be available to work minimum 3 days a week and should also be available to attend the initial induction training during the day.

We offer globally-recognised, industry-accredited training and support to give you the confidence and skills necessary to help make a significant positive difference to the lives of young people. Once in post you will be recognised by the company as a Behaviour Support Therapist.
